These Terms govern your purchase and use of the Video Hub WordPress plugin and the wpythub.com website, provided by CodeFlavors (“we”, “us”). By buying or using Video Hub you agree to these Terms.
License
Video Hub is licensed, not sold. A purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable annual license to use the plugin, according to the tier you buy:
- Single — use on 1 website.
- Business — use on up to 5 websites.
- Agency — use on unlimited websites.
An active license includes plugin updates, access to new functionality, and access to add-ons for the licensed period. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the plugin.
Pricing, billing & renewals
Licenses are billed annually, in US dollars, through account.codeflavors.com. We accept PayPal and credit or debit card via Stripe.
- Renewals — renew before your active license expires (within its last 30 days) to receive a 40% renewal discount.
- Upgrades — moving to a higher tier is prorated: we deduct what you already paid, so you pay only the difference.
30-day money-back guarantee
If Video Hub isn’t the right fit, request a refund within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund your money. Contact codeflavors@codeflavors.com to start a refund.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for how you use the plugin and for the content you import. When importing from YouTube you must comply with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and respect the rights of content owners. You must not use Video Hub for unlawful purposes or to infringe third-party rights.
Intellectual property
The Video Hub plugin, the wpythub.com website, and all related trademarks and content are owned by CodeFlavors and protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you a license to use the software and do not transfer any ownership.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Video Hub is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for changes to the YouTube/Google APIs that may affect functionality. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the plugin or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the plugin after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law & company details
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts. Video Hub is provided by CodeFlavors SRL, registered in Romania, registered office: Str. Poștei Nr. 9, Cam. 204-A, Botoșani, Romania.
